The annual Lenoir County Fair Cheerleading Competition, a much-anticipated event in the local sports calendar, did not disappoint as it showcased the best cheerleading talent from area schools. The event, held at the Lenoir County Fairgrounds, drew a crowd of over 2,000 spectators and featured high school and middle school teams vying for top honors

The role requires access to a DSLR 1080p 60fps, 17-70mm 2.8f, or 24-75mm 2.8f lens. Must send links to past videos. Compensation is negotiable and DOQ. We prefer individuals within 45 minutes of downtown Kinston.
"These boys and South Lenoir soccer belong with the elite programs in this conference. We've taken the necessary steps to get here, and now it's up to the boys to believe what I know," Coach Jody Turner stated.
"I felt like all the boys came together and fought hard for our coach who passed away. I felt like we made him proud!" said Malik Fuller after the game. Fuller finished with 8 rushes for 283 yards and four touchdowns.
The Patriots scored 11 touchdowns during the game while allowing only two. Eight of the touchdowns came on the ground, while the Patriot defense forced three turnovers for touchdowns.
