2025 Neuse News Sports Track Invitational Set for April 12 at Greene Central
The 2025 Neuse News Sports Track Invitational is set to take place on April 12, 2025, at Greene Central High School, marking the event’s third year of providing a high-quality, fully automated timing outdoor meet for high schools across Eastern North Carolina.
This invitational features all standard track and field events, along with additional heats in the 100 meters, 200 meters, and 110-meter hurdles. The competition will recognize top performers with gold, silver, and bronze medals, while also naming a Track MVP and Field MVP for both boys and girls.
With past meets producing standout performances and major times, this event is a key opportunity for athletes as they prepare for the final stretch of their outdoor track season. Schools can register via MileSplit or by contacting Chappriel Pitt at 252-939-0263.
The entry fee is $100 per boys’ and girls’ team, and multiple schools have already committed to competing. Spots are limited, so don’t miss the chance to be part of one of the region’s premier track events.
